We all know each other

HD/ Color/ 57 minutes/ Stereo/ 2007

Artist statement:
I believe that art is a journey. It’s a journey the artist takes to be surrounded by or to jump into a topic or an environment, familiar or unfamiliar. The art is of course the result of that encounter. These films are experiments in collective storytelling and are also utilised as an investigation and dialogue about the nature of film as a medium. In the beginning we start with our family, however as we grow, this relationship becomes more diluted into the social, national and the world. The further the distance we travel, the more people we meet, the more disconnected our new relationships become. Through this dilution the strangeness of the connections to each other are increased.
